The Collective

By Vincent

They don't believe anything that I say
Call me a liar, traumatize me, throw me into the fray
I can fight this all alone, they will prey
I can survive this all by myself, they will prey
I can take it, I can handle threats they say
Broken soul, ripped heart, thoughts dead
Judge ahead, persecuted, crush my head
Nothing to dread
Be an Individual
Inner strength unstoppable
 Overcome the impossible
Persevere through the obstacle
You are stronger as an individual
Avoid the words of a collective devil

 Coerced the gullible
Mobs seek out only to prey
Weak minds fall into their way
Devil overjoyed to play
They glare, I don't care
Wearily tread the ground they share
The collective mind is insecure
All of these fools in tow
Giving a fucked up show

Mute, deaf and blind, they never know
Which way is high, which way is low
Which is the way to go
Which is the way to grow
I will not fear
For collective minds are insecure
Brainwashed people in tow
Giving a fucked up show

Mute, deaf and blind, they never know
Which way is high, which way is low
Which way to go, which way to grow

They can't hang me out to dry
I can take it, I can fly
Pinned me down, with fucked up smiles
Tied my dignity up, dragged it for miles
Collective mindset, you can bet
Creatures of the ignorant
Foggy to self betterment,
Weak-minded and incompetent
Mobs mind in space, insufficient grace

I do not fear
For collective minds are insecure
Brainwashed people in tow
Giving a fucked up show

Mute, deaf and blind, they never know
Which way is high, which way is low
Which way to go, which way to grow

They will never grow
They will never know
Where Individuals grow

Saggezza   L’alba o il tramonto…  su una collina… con un campo di fiori… un arcobaleno che appare… dopo un temporale… niente di tutto questo… può eguagliare… la bellezza… che tu rappresenti per me. Aug 12, 2026

A Lost Soul (Poem)

A Lost Soul -- My world feels fake  My persona is authentic Pain fills my heart Love is my desire A lost soul in hell's fire Wandering adrift in hell's lake Never falling off life's cliff Always stuck on life's ledge Past filled with torment   Living in pain' s present For my heart dreams for the future One of love of a significant other

BLS: Prologue

Blood Lit Sky: The Vanguards of Liberty by Vincent   Prologue: The Great War      In the year 2056, near Jupiter, a dark distorted figure is moving towards the asteroid belt, a small space shuttle appears from the distortion, swiftly maneuvering away from the dark void as it rushes to Earth, flying through the air, cutting the clouds as it descends. The shuttle flies past a jet airliner, the plane swerves to the left.          A few hours have passed as a group of beings dressed in aberrant looking outfits sit down on a bench behind the United States ambassador. The spectators are talking amongst each other, “These kids look like troublemakers." "Punk rockers." "They look like hooligans." "They are supposed to be from space, but I don't believe that it's true." "They are just pranksters. I can't look at them and take them seriously." "Their hair, eyes, and outfits resemble that of rebellious teenagers." "Those eye ...
